- The prices are per flat and night incl. VAT. Additional costs such as visitor's tax (currently € 2,70/person and day) and final cleaning (€ 90,-) will be charged separately.

- For the sake of health, we are a non-smoking establishment and ask our guests not to smoke indoors or outdoors
- Our establishment is pet-free

Are there tea towels and dishwasher tabs in the flats?
Can we bring our small, very well-behaved dog with us?
Unfortunately no - pets are not allowed in the Villa Seegarten.
Do you offer breakfast?
No, our guests prepare their own breakfast. Fresh pastries are available from the Lagler bakery and the Schneider family's farm shop - both within walking distance.
Can friends who are on holiday nearby come to visit?
Our property is deliberately designed as a place of peace and relaxation. To keep it that way, we ask for your understanding that no external visitors can be received.
How sustainable is a stay at Villa Seegarten?
Sustainability is very important to us. In summer, almost 100 % of electricity and hot water are generated by our own photovoltaic system. Free bicycles are available to our guests for short journeys around the village. Our tap water is of excellent quality - there is no need to buy water in plastic bottles. In addition, the entire property is smoke-free.
We are travelling with our two-year-old daughter - do we need to bring our own travel cot?
No, we are happy to provide a cot with bed linen free of charge.
Can we park our e-bikes safely?
Yes, a separate lockable room is available for this purpose.
Is it possible to travel by train?
Naturally. We are happy to pick up our guests from the nearby railway station in Spittal an der Drau.
How can I book?
