- The prices are per flat and night incl. VAT. Additional costs such as visitor's tax (currently € 2,70/person and day) and final cleaning (€ 90,-) will be charged separately.
- Minimum stay: 5 days
- For the sake of your health, we are a non-smoking establishment and ask our guests not to smoke indoors or outdoors.
- Our establishment is pet-free.

Are there tea towels and dishwasher tabs in the flats?
Yes, the kitchens are fully equipped - including sponge cloth, dishwasher tabs, tea towels, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven and dishwasher.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, bed linen, towels, WLAN and a hairdryer are in the flats are ready for you and are included in the price.
Can we bring our small, very well-behaved dog with us?
Unfortunately no - pets are not allowed in the Villa Seegarten.
Do you offer breakfast?
No, our guests prepare their own breakfast. Fresh pastries are available from the Lagler bakery and the Schneider family's farm shop - both within walking distance.
Can friends who are on holiday nearby come to visit?
Our property is deliberately designed as a place of peace and relaxation. To keep it that way, we ask for your understanding that no external visitors can be received.
How sustainable is a stay at Villa Seegarten?
Sustainability is very important to us. In summer, almost 100 % of electricity and hot water are generated by our own photovoltaic system. Bicycles are available to our guests free of charge for short journeys around the village. Our tap water is of excellent quality - there is no need to buy water in plastic bottles. In addition, the entire property is smoke-free and the lawn is maintained by an electric lawn robot - of course only when it is light and our hedgehogs are asleep.
We are travelling with our two-year-old daughter - do we need to bring our own travel cot?
No, we are happy to provide a cot with bed linen free of charge.
Can we park our e-bikes safely?
Yes, a separate lockable room is available for this purpose.
Are there car parks and WLAN?
Yes, free parking is available directly in front of the house. WLAN is of course also free of charge and available throughout the house.
Are deckchairs available in the garden?
Yes, sunbeds and cushions are waiting for you in the pavilion by the lake and are available free of charge.
